Shawn Springs, Ohio State, CB
5-11, 185 lbs

Springs elected to enter the draft early after having a tremendous year at Ohio State (with the exception of his slip against Michigan). At Ohio State he proved he could play tight, bump and run, man coverage. Not only is Springs a great cover corner but he can also support the run. He is a dangerous punt returner who has the ability to break open a game with his skills. He should be selected in the mid-first round. Of note, Shawn is the son of former Dallas Cowboys running back Ron Springs.
