PROFILES

DL Profiles

  1. Andre Wadsworth, Florida State, 6-3 5/8, 270
Best pass rusher in the draft. A great athlete and competitor who always works hard and never stops giving 110%. Excels with both a hard inside and a quick outside pass rush. Should be the number three player taken in the draft.

  2. Grant Wistrom, Nebraska, 6-5 273
A relentless competitor. He's a smart and instinctive player with great speed. He's added almost 25 pounds since the end of the college football season. If his quickness and speed are unaffected by this added weight he will have a great pro career.

  3. Vonnie Holliday, North Carolina, 6-4 296
Has a good combination of size, speed, and athletic ability. He has long arms and large powerful hands. A versatile player who can play in both a 4-3 and 3-4 system. He's still young and scouts feel he can get even bigger.

  4. DE Greg Ellis, North Carolina, 6-5 282
A talented player with a great attitude. Has the character to become a defensive leader. A great athlete who played junior varsity basketball at North Carolina and played some tight end.

  5. Jason Peter, Nebraska, 6-5 286
Christian Peter's younger brother. Great make up for a defensive linemen; mean, tough, intense, and always going. His one problem is he may be too small for DT and not quick enough for DE.

  6. Leonard Little, Tennessee, 6-3 235
  7. Jeremy Staat, Arizona State, 6-5 300
  8. Leon Bender, Washington St., 6-5 316
  9. Chuck Wiley LSU, 6-4 275
  10. Kenny Mixon, LSU, 6-4 270
