  2. Chargers: (From the Cardinals) Ryan Leaf, QB, Washington State - The Chargers gave up a lot to move up just one spot in the draft. This is the guy they want to build their team around.

  3. Cardinals (From the Chargers) Andre Wadsworth, DE, Florida State - Happy with Plummer the Cards weren't going to take a QB, so they were able to move down a slot and will still get the player they want.

  4. Raiders: Charles Woodson, CB, Michigan - They need a ton of defensive help and Woodson is a great start. Plus Al Davis loves to collect Heisman Trophy winners.

  5. Bears: Randy Moss, WR, Marshall - Moss has been impressive in off-season workouts and the Bears can use an offensive playmaker.

  6. Rams: Curtis Enis, RB, Penn State - With Phillips gone, the Rams need a talented back to take the pressure off Banks.

  7. Saints: Tra Thomas, OT, Florida State - The Saints need a lot of offensive help and Thomas is a good place to start.

  8. Cowboys: Grant Winstrom, DE, Nebraska - Winstrom has added 25 pounds in the off-season and has quickly moved up most teams draft boards.

  9. Jaguars: (From the Bills) Fred Tayor, RB, Florida - The Jags need a running back now that Means is back in San Diego and local boy Fred Taylor could fit the bill. His stock has been soaring after impressive off-season workouts.

  10. Ravens: Kevin Dyson, WR, Utah - Dyson will help replace the loss of Derrick Alexander.
